Minimums: We have no minimums and do not charge extra for breaking or mixing dozens.
Shipments: Most orders received by 3:00pm will ship the same day via UPS or OnTrac. Drop shipments have earlier cut-off times.
Resale License: In order to purchase wholesale from The Apparel Source, you must have a valid resale license in an apparel-related industry. You must provide a signed resale certificate prior to your first order. Click here for a customer application.
Returned Checks: $20.00 handling charge

Terms: Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Cashier's Check, or Money Order. Company checks or net terms may be accepted after an application is approved. Quoted prices are cash/check-discounted.
Claims: You must inform us of shortages or defective goods within 5 days of receipt of the order. No guarantee on printed or altered goods.
Returns: Return authorization is required for all returns. Mark defects with tape. Upon receipt of goods in our warehouse, we will promptly issue a credit. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee of 15-25% and return shipping.
American Apparel Decoration Policy: If we sell you any products from American Apparel LLC (“American Apparel), you agree to be strictly bound by these additional terms. You may not resell or reconvey any American Apparel products to any person or entity, under any circumstances or through any means, unless you first substantially modify those products by printing, embellishing, or decorating them so as to clearly distinguish them from American Apparel's product line. American Apparel shall have sole discretion to determine whether you have adequately distinguished the products. As a condition of buying American Apparel products from us now, you agree that these terms apply to ALL American Apparel products you now have or later acquire, whether or not obtained from us and whether or not such products were previously or would otherwise be subject to these terms. You acknowledge and agree that these terms are for the express benefit of American Apparel; that American Apparel is an intended third-party beneficiary of these terms; and that American Apparel shall be entitled directly, independently, and in its own name to enforce these terms, including (but not limited to) through lawsuits or other proceedings to enforce them. Only American Apparel may agree to waive or modify any of these terms, and any such waiver or modification must be in writing. The prevailing party in any proceeding to enforce or arising out of these terms shall be entitled to recover that party’s costs and attorneys’ fees from the other party.
